The College English Experimental Teaching Center was established in 2015 and expanded in March 2022, consisting of an online FiF speaking training system and offline speech labs. There are 7 English speech labs offline, located in 3404 and 3405 of the Third Teaching Building of Nanquan Campus and 101, 102, 103, 104 and 110 of the second teaching building of Shuangqiao Campus.

The teaching center is open to all undergraduate majors and is mainly responsible for listening and speaking courses as well as open self-learning for College English courses. The audio room is equipped with the Blue Dove intelligent language teaching system, which covers the teaching management platform, multimedia teaching platform, listening teaching platform, speaking teaching platform, independent learning platform, etc., and is equipped with a digital teaching resource library, aiming to realize multifaceted, intertemporal language learning and training, and cultivate students' language communication ability, cross-cultural communication ability and independent learning ability.
